If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason within 30 days of the purchase date, we're here to help. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
- Returns can only be accepted if contact is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned items must be in as new condition with all packaging (internal and external), accessories and manuals and accompanied by the original sales invoice.
- Refunds will be minus the original shipping fee, the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
Please note these exceptions to our returns policy.
- We are unable to accept returns of goods that have signs of visible wear or use.
- For damaged or faulty goods please follow our warranty claims process.
- We will not accept returns for products under $80.
How does it work?
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps.

2. Wait for our support team to review your return and contact you.
3. Print the return label that you will receive by email from us.
4. Contact FedEx to arrange collection from your address.
5. Send the items back to us.
How long does it take?
- It may take our team up to 7 working days to review your return request.
- Refunds will not be processed until our warehouse has received and assessed the returned items. Return shipping may take 5-15 working days or longer during peak periods.
- Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be completed once a return has been approved.
