Here at Jumpflex, our mission is to support and encourage happy, healthy families through outdoor play, and we’ve been devastated to hear of the terrible loss of life and hardship being suffered by families across the globe due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Customer Support Crew are online
Our support team are all fully available, working from home, to answer your emails, phone calls and live chat requests. You should expect the same level of responsive, friendly and efficient service that Jumpflex has always been known for, although you might hear some of our kids in the background!
We’re also active on social media, Facebook and Instagram, so please feel free to reach out to us there, even if it’s just for a chat and to share ideas about trampoline games and activities.
Home delivery is suspended
Our shipping partners are only able to deliver to home, goods that are essential to life. Unfortunately, this means there won't be any deliveries of our products until the restrictions are lifted, we fully support this measure as it allows the country’s logistics network to minimise any risk of disease spread to the fullest extent.
Our shipping partners are trying to clear all existing orders in their network and we are supporting this to the best of our ability.
Our hope is that shipping will resume in four weeks time and we’ll keep you closely posted on developments here. Anyone wishing to cancel their order due to the suspension of delivery can do so for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team for this and any other questions or concerns.
Delivery of parts is not possible during Level 4 lockdown
Unfortunately Jumpflex is not considered an essential business so we can not ship any products or parts. We are really sorry if this means your trampoline will be out of action during this hard time but we have to strictly follow the government guidelines. You are able to place an order and we will do everything we can to get that out to you as soon as possible.
Pickup orders are no longer available
To protect the health of our customers, staff and the wider community we are currently not accepting Pick Up orders.
