Here at Jumpflex, our mission is to support and encourage happy, healthy families through outdoor play, and we’ve been devastated to hear of the terrible loss of life and hardship being suffered by families across the globe due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a New Zealand company, we are incredibly proud of what the nation's team of 5 million has done to deal with the virus in Aotearoa. Given the recent cases of community transmission in Auckland, we are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you posted on any changes to our operations.

Home delivery is operational
We are shipping. Delivery time is back to a normal 6-10 working days as the network has recovered from the spike in activity during the higher COVID-19 alert levels. Please do let us know if you encounter any issues with delivery beyond this time frame and we will follow up.
We cannot guarantee that trampoline orders made now will be delivered on time, or at all if the alert level increases. If this were to happen, Customer Support will still be available to resolve any delivery issues for you.
Pickup orders are available
Our Hamilton store is open for pickups Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Pickups are not available on Saturday or Sunday. Contact tracing, physical distancing and personal hygiene measures are currently in place. Availability of pickups may change if the alert levels increase.
