We are “open” but are operating differently
As an online retailer, the majority of our operation is internet-based and we have plenty of stock and our website is fully functional.
The Customer Support Crew are online
Our support team are all fully available, working from home, to answer your emails, phone calls and live chat requests. We are experiencing a high level of demand and are currently taking up to one week to respond to requests. We're sorry for this delay and are working hard to reduce it.
Home delivery is still available
Our shipping partners in Australia are still currently delivering your orders. Due to the COVID-19 situation the shipping network is overloaded and shipping time is 10-15 working days. Please do let us know if you encounter any issues with delivery beyond this time frame and we will follow up.
Pickup orders are no longer available
