Have you received an email confirmation from us that your order has been shipped?
It normally takes us 1-3 working days to process a new order. Once we have dispatched your order we will send you an email notification that it is on its way and the tracking details
Jumpflex use Mainfreight and Startrack for our trampolines and Australia Post for our smaller items such as individual accessories (not purchased with a trampoline).
